Our wheat-free waffles are made using Miracle Meel flour, a blend of amaranth and barnyard millet — both grains that are naturally gluten-free. Miracle Meel isn't gluten-free certified though.

While amaranth and millet do not contain gluten, some people who are highly sensitive to wheat or gluten-containing grains may still experience reactions.
