FAQ
Are your Waffles Vegan?
Yes — all our waffles are 100% plant-based.
No dairy. No eggs. Just pure indulgence.
And yes, even non-vegans love them.
What is a Liège Waffle?
A Liège waffle is a traditional Belgian waffle made with a rich yeast-raised dough and pearl sugar.
Unlike light batter waffles, Liège waffles are denser, richer, and beautifully caramelised.
How should I reheat them?
For best results, use a ir fryer, or oven.
This helps recreate the signature caramelised texture.
From fresh or defrosted:
Pop them in the toaster or air fryer at 160˚C for 1–2 minutes until warm and crispy. Let them cool slightly to bring out that crunchy caramel edge.
From frozen:
Use a preheated oven (200°C) for 8 minutes or pop them in an air fryer at 160˚C for a few minutes.
What's inside the waffles?
Our waffles are made with wheat flour, Belgian pearl sugar, yeast, and a blend of plant-based fats.
To get the authentic texture and caramelisation of a traditional Liège waffle, we use a high-quality vegan butter alternative.
How should I store my waffles?
No need to put them in the fridge unless you prefer to.
Our waffles are fine at room temperature thanks to the sugar which acts as a natural preservative.
What's the shelf life of my waffles?
You can keep your waffles at room temperature for 4–5 days. To refresh them, just pop them in the toaster.
Frozen waffles keep well for up to 3 months.
Are the Waffles Gluten-Free?
Our regular waffles are made from wheat flour, but we offer now waffles made from amaranth and Barnyard millet flour from the brand Miracle Meel.
Amaranth and Barnyard millet are naturally gluten-free. However, Miracle Meel is not certified gluten-free, and our kitchen also works with wheat. Despite careful preparation, there is a possibility of cross-contamination.
If you are highly sensitive to gluten or have coeliac disease, this product may not be suitable. If you are avoiding gluten by choice, you should be good to go 💛
Are the Waffles Allergen-Friendly?
Our waffles contain wheat (gluten) and soy. While we don’t use nuts in our recipe, we do use nuts in our kitchen.
Are they only for vegans?
Not at all.
Our waffles are designed for everyone — whether vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or simply waffle-obsessed.
Can I freeze my waffles?
Absolutely.
Our waffles are freezer-friendly and can be reheated directly from frozen.
Perfect for easy breakfasts, snacks, and cravings.
Can I add toppings?
Absolutely! While they’re amazing on their own, you can enjoy them with fruit, chocolate spread, ice cream, or your favourite toppings (preferably plant-based). Let your imagination run wild!
